How do I delete a note?

Open the notes list, select the note and use Delete Notes. The note goes to RecycleBin first. It is only permanently deleted if you empty the RecycleBin or after the cleanup period.

Where are my notes after login?

After login, wait for the first sync. If something is missing, use Sync Notes in the menu. If you created notes offline before logging in, they are imported once and then normal sync is used.

How do I disable Locked Notes?

Log out of the account and log in again. Logout clears the local PIN data from this device. Your notes are not deleted by this action.

I forgot my PIN. What can I do?

The PIN is saved only on the device. Log out and log in again to clear the local PIN. If you also forgot your account password, use account recovery.

Do I lose notes if I uninstall the app?

If your notes are synced with an account, you can recover them by logging in again. Notes created without login may exist only on the device and can be lost if the app data is removed.
